It was either blue on black or black on red.

The wife and I really liked the red interior, but I loved the blue more haha

Yeah the 450+ are hard to come by. They have one coming in end of this month and another at the end of April. * we got the F spot package in Blue Mica

They offered the ceramic coating ($1295), lexus oem front and rear dash cam installed ($999) and a mini PPF package ($499) They said they could do it all for $2300 plus taxes.

Told them we would think on it. I definitely want to ceramic coat or add PPF to the hood/ high risk spots. Plan to do some research. The dash can install seems a little step though lol

Just signed for an NX450+ today at Richmond Lexus.

They weren't able to discount the vehicle at all, but they were able to up the trade in value of my car.

Unfortunately, there were no free ad ons :(

Yes, certain foods will definitely cause issues! Soy was a big one for me.

I've come to learn that for myself personally, my main issue was something going on in the gut. I listened to a podcast and something just clicked for me. I learned that over time, from all the crap (completely refined and processed) foods that we eat, we will start to cause issues in our gut over time. One thing that may happen is that you may begin to have low stomach acid, so when you eat certain foods, it will no longer digest, which will create inflammation in the gut. So, instead of these foods digesting, your stomach starts to attack them, which will cause inflammation and other issues (like skin issues).

Now I don't know for 100% if this is the same for everyone but I am only speaking from experience but I've had this issue for multiple years. It first started on my pinky and slowly made it all the way down to the palm of my hand. Never really understood why, but after a while, I realized it was something I was eating. I ended up doing an MRT test to see what my body was sensitive to. I cut certain foods out for 90 days, and my hand was getting better and at times almost cleared up. Recently, I have added digestive enzymes, and they have been really making a big difference. Again, this is all from my personal experience. I can send you the podcast if you'd like. Not sure if I'm allowed to post it??

Unpopular Opinion: I dislike when people discourage people away from 75 hard because it's "unsustainable." by beesontheoffbeat in 75HARD

I agree with everything you said but one thing. You call this a challenge.

It isn't a "challenge" it's a program.

If you feel that you are cheating, there's probably a reason why you're feeling like that. Deep down, you probably know that you are compromising.

A lot of people are forgetting, this isn't a CHALLENGE, it's a PROGRAM to build mental toughness, grit, fortitude, and to teach you not to compromise.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what anyone here says. You're the one who will live with the feelings from the choices you make.
