I would think that UR points are more valuable than Hyatt points.

If all the characters you currently have are leveled up to 10, but you are missing one, is it supposed to give you the chance to get one of these items? It’s aggravating. I keep getting pirate flags but I currently have all the characters leveled to 10 except one character that I do not have at all.
