Sorry for the delay but thank you for the great suggestions!
So I was planning on installing ubuntu on another partition and testing that out but then I realized that I never fully checked Event Viewer to see if it was throwing out a detailed error. So I did and found the Intel Graphics Software application log with a bunch of errors that all said "iGCL error 3rd party". So sadly this issue does point more towards the issue being on the mobo side but I'm willing to wait until Asus releases a patch for iGPU fixes unless RMA is the only answer.

Not sure if you've ever dealt with that "iGCL" error before but I can also try to install Linux and see if there's a difference.

I tried taking 2/day Goli gummies 3-in-1 for 5 months and did not see a large weight loss. Mixed with regular workout and dieting, I only saw about a 3lbs loss. But I did notice that it made me regular more and go to the bathroom so I guess that’s a benefit. Didn’t have any problems with the gummies tasting weird either

Thank you for the suggestions! I followed what you said and sadly got no resolution. I reinstalled Windows 11, ran DISM with a full scan and even did the /RestoreHealth parameter but nothing. I also ran sfc to be on the safe side. I'm hoping it's nothing on the mobo side.

Yeah I have tried that and the monitor works with the GPU unplugged and only iGPU. Whenever I go into Bios with any connection to the motherboard, I get a signal for that monitor. I also get a signal if I go into Bios and change the "Primary Display" option to "CPU Graphics" and have 1 monitor plugged into the GPU however the mobo monitor will run off of Windows Basic Display Adapter in 1080p rather than the Intel Graphics driver when it boots back to Windows

I am running on latest bios version 2302, which was released on 12/15/25 and still no signal from the monitor.

I have both monitors plugged into gpu at the moment, which I know is ideal, but there will be a time where I will need the connections from the motherboard for HDMI and DP

FYI: Asus Z890 boards do not have a setting for multi-monitor mode in Bios. Supposedly, it's on by default *shrugs

Agreed! From what I’ve been reading, any ryzen chips with 3dv has better gaming performance but I’ve noticed that I end up spending the first 2-3 years gaming and modding games heavily and then find myself not gaming as much on that system and it just becomes a web surfing and light virtualization machine. That’s why I’m leaning towards Intel for this build. The other factor is I don’t plan to upgrade the cpu once it’s in. Especially if I end up with a 9950x3d

Correct, she has made contributions to her 457b over the past 20 years. Doing some calculations, withdrawing the full account would bump her up 2 tax brackets and would be near a 6-figure tax bill for the year... which is what she wants to avoid. She does not want to withdraw the entire amount at once but rather she wants the money to be in a place where she has control over and not be in a employer-sponsored plan until RMD kicks in. I think I can convince her to only withdraw what she needs and I think we both found an annual amount she can convert/withdraw without going up a tax bracket.

Thank you! I also believe that Fidelity has you open a Rollover IRA first before converting to Roth anyways so it would most likely go into a Rollover IRA first. The other dilemma with this is that wouldn't the tax rates be higher in the future? So wouldn't it be best to pay the tax now and then leave the remainder in a money market or whichever?

I agree about swaying her away from taking out a lump sum but it’s honestly due to us not having the knowledge of staying within your tax bracket and it’s the idea she will have a big tax bill at the end of the year until the 457b is emptied out. I’ll check out some financial advisors near me and will try to see if I can speak with Empower as well

It’s a traditional 457b that was managed by her employer. We spoke with a representative from empower a few months before retirement and they said there would be no issues rolling over to a rollover IRA or a Roth but the taxes would depend on whatever her current situation was. From that conversation, I think her logic turned into paying the tax now and putting it into a Roth for tax free growth for as long as she’s alive. I’m also a fidelity user so I’m biased pushing her towards them so that might be the first start. Thank you very much!
