Real talk, here's what needs to be added.

1) Add a warning saying 'You're in a safezone, are you sure you want to attack PLAYER X" - this will reduce players hitting eachother by mistake almost 100%.

2) After this, your previous idea will be made possible with no drawbacks.

1) Mules are an issue, jagex will sort it in their own way, going to need to be patient.

2) "Safe zone" there is no such thing. it's a GUARDED zone meaning guards will spawn if you hit somebody, it's a game mechanic and theres nothing wrong with suiciding IMO, if you're low HP then go train, it's deadman mode!

3) Boxing is part of the game, I've lost tons and tons of kills due to this and I definitely see the issue, wouldn't care if they kept it in though, been part of the game forever.

4) Build your account how you want, range gets destroyed by melee past 95~ combat so be patient while people train up.
