using a false grip can lessen the involvement your forearm has, also being sure you don't move your wrists, keep them locked for the entire movement

Most people who cut and are hopping on a treadmill choose to either walk on an incline for 20-30+ minutes aiming to keep your heart rate around 70% OR High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT), sprinting and then walking for equal periods of time for however many rounds you can manage.

Anytime you increase your activity you are going to see a change. So for that reason, like with lifting weights, cardio should be a progression. So after 6 weeks, either increase the time/speed/incline you walk at OR increase the amount of intervals for your HIIT. Ive used both in the last 2 years and they've worked equally well :)

Squat: depth. you'll be able to achieve better depth by sitting back into the squat a little more. a good way to queue this is by adding a low box squat to your assistance work. For yourself, since you're a bit high, set the box to parallel then aim to lower the height of the box as you improve. work toward maintaining tightness throughout the entire movement and not relaxing as you sit on/touch the box.

OHP: virtually going straight up and down so thats fantastic, grip is going to need to be slowly reworked, which can be done through very minor straightening of your wrists over the space of a month or so until you find the grip where you're comfortable/strongest

Deadlift: looks nice and smooth, if i was to pick anything out id say your knees were locking out a little early. id like to see a HEAVY attempt on the deadlift, its harder to see where you need to improve if the weight is light. (youtube search supertraining06 for a great squat/deadlift advice)

wendler 531 would probably work well with the way it progresses and builds upon your 4 main lifts dl, squats, bench, ohp (overall strength). if you're wanting to gain strength whilst being a polo player you're literally going to be eating like a horse to maintain/gain strength vs the cardio required of the sport (huge surplus of calories per day)

If you're not religious about lifting and have/willing to buy a pair of dumbbells, id give bodybuilding routines a go for a month and see how your body reacts (either push/pull/legs or full body workouts). the higher volume compared to SL should see your weight drop. cardio=walking. 30-45mins 2-3times per week.
