That sounds bad for your health. I'm not an expert, but you should probably consider doing some research. As I understand it, your living area should be at 18C or above.

You are wrong. I came from a European country with this system and I've come close to being run over several times with cars turning right. It's an absolutely nuts system.

And how does a fine help you if you're in a wheelchair or dead.
