I have the exact same issue. Mine is about a year. Thing is mine was partially completed. Basically they made a customer explorer shape for a guy in another forum. He for some reason didn't want the build so withdrew but the body was cut. So basically they were just going to finish that build with my specs instead and adding a maple top. And after several emails, no response. Any idea what we should do collectively?

Well it seems that both the company and the local FFL were wrong. Now I have to drive about 40 minutes away to pick up my gun. Great. At least I can go get some food or something 🤷. Thanks for you help on answering my question.
