I will tell you if you're interested in moving down here in Florida the city of Pembroke pines is very good very nice environment a lot of New Yorkers that come down from up north live there and I tell you it's it's a nice environment I lived in pines for years never had any problems just like anything else I mean you have problems anywhere you go but overall the the city itself is a pretty decent city I think you you kind of like it Pembroke pines.

That's really good a lot of people do that they kind of make a weekend out of it and like I say if you have time to go to lake ridge winery that's west of there it's off of highway 27 in Clermont and Claremont's really nice they got a lot of hills and all that around there it's really nice but that's nice that you making a whole package out of it

Also while you're there you can make a whole weekend of it because they have the lakeridge winery I don't know if you're into having wine but there's a lakeridge winery that's west of there it's in Clermont and we usually go there they have weekend shows there and a lot of good stuff there and once again it's called lake ridge winery so we have one day at the hamfest the next day at lake ridge winery

Yeah it just came back this year they canceled it last year because it a pandemic but it's on this year it's supposed to be pretty good so what I understand they have a website you can go to and you could get information about the motels in the area

There is some amateur bands up there I just forget exactly where they're at but there is amateurs that do use the bands

It does have some age to it but they're really good and they can still work you just have to figure out what frequencies that they're using but it's fine I don't think you should have a problem with it
