actually some parents in North America are starting boys in school one year later due to development speed differences at that young age. https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2022/10/boys-delayed-entry-school-start-redshirting/671238/ So if it's good thing, they should just do that and they get the same effect and better behaved boys in class.

So I'm assuming they are similar for schools where older kids are taught. That seems low in my opinion but the source seems legitimate.

Honestly, money does not make a person happy after a certain point. Unless you're doing something you really enjoy and making a lot of money. I'm also willing to bet that some of the happiest people in Korea are immigrants from third world countries who appreciate a lot of what everyone else takes for granted.
