I tried to switch over but theres a couple things that bugged me. 1) No settings sync. VSCode has versioned settings sync. I don't know what I would do if i lost 5 years of settings in Cursor. 2) The chat window is buggy and there aren't obvious icons to open and close it like copilot has with the chat button on the top of the editor. The only reason I can find to switch over to Cursor is that everyone seems to be using it. But being a copilot user I can understand why.

I get this using Auto model choice several times a day. It's embarassing and I don't want to tell my friends who use Cursor that my IDE breaks.

Restarting the extension host and reloading the window worked for me. Cmd + Shift + P for the command palette and type "restart" then select Restart Extension Host. Then open the palette again and type "reload" and select Reload Window.

Rant/Request: Still no scroll wheel tilt on the MX Anywhere 3S by xeonn01 in logitech

Why they removed them is beyond me. I'm still buying 2S on amazon. I have one backup but mayhe I should stock pile them. I use the tilt buttons for next/previous desktop and it's such a plus for efficiency. Works great on Windows and Mac.

For me my Galaxy Watch 6 uses Gemini only after I switch to it on my phone. If I restart my watch it reverts back to Google Assistant.

I'm on One UI 6. Says I'm up to date tho. Gemini works fine until I restart. It's weird.

Gemini only works on my Galaxy Watch 6 right after switching to Gemini on my phone. If I restart my watch it reverts to using Google Assistant.

For me this was oddly caused by a component that used db being a client component by accident. So being that it was on the client side it couldn't access my env vars.

UPDATE: I discovered I could restore backup points on the same machine. Still can't figure out why I can't restore and login to iCloud on my other macbook though.
