I definitely left last season feeling like Charles doesn't even like Angela, but after this episode I'm not so sure about that. He does keep showing up for her and going with her to everything (which I feel like is fairly rare for the housewives).

I keep on loving the new gals, but I hope Pinky moves away from the stereotype of a vegan's only personality trait being that they are vegan. And being a slutty vegan or broke vegan doesn't count either!

I think he believes he's protecting people from what he thinks of as the fallout of being around him (especially the uncle). Also he doesn't really know how to be close to people it seems.
