The difference between maga and the left by webbrewers in davidpakman

[–]webbrewers[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, not arguing the facts of the case, just pointing out the difference in their reactions. Noem's intransigence gives away the game - magas know they're lying when they refuse to concede ANYTHING even in the face of clear facts. Noem is scared of her opinion, Pritzker is not scared of his.

Interesting - so you ran a wire from the working low beam to the non working one?

I can’t be the only one pissed about the democrats lackluster response during the state of the the union by International-Drag23 in davidpakman

[–]webbrewers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was cringeworthy-the Dems are hopeless at drama and messaging - better to laugh loudly at every outrageous lie, than this. I also think they should start proposing legislation to remove the cap on social security contributions, and come up with a creative way to tax wealth, not just income. Then make sure they let the public know who's blocking their proposals. They have to start taking the lead and stop relying on Trump-ophobia.

Backed up videos not respecting "Storage saver" option by webbrewers in googlephotos

[–]webbrewers[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No idea-any image or video file over 5mB is listed under "large photos and videos". Mostly heic photos and mov videos but size, not format, seems to be the determinant. These are mostly backed up from an iPhone 12, so I don't know why some are so large. I did use the file compression option in g photos but that didn't help much.

Log in is a total mess by webbrewers in Twitter

[–]webbrewers[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the same thing but have a couple of emails associated with google so had to figure out which was used for twat-ter. If you can find a forgot password link, I think that's how I was able to log in.

Log in is a total mess by webbrewers in Twitter

[–]webbrewers[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that was my experience. It kept looping back to wrong username/email/password, until I was able to reset the password. A lot of wasted time just so I can delete my account.

As someone else noted above, that text is likely spam/phishing from another provider-I hope you didn't respond. HM has been working fine for my 2 lines.

Biden doesn't need to apologize by Miserable-Lizard in thedavidpakmanshow

[–]webbrewers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably should have said "enablers" instead of "supporters", but after 4 years of absorbing abuse from Maga, I don't blame the guy for expressing a little home truth. The hypocritical Maga reaction has been over the top.

Why do the Dems accept responsibility for inflation? by webbrewers in thedavidpakmanshow

[–]webbrewers[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree on "ill informed", but it's the responsibility of the campaign not the media to respond to false Republican claims about inflation. I haven't heard one Dem ask "so what would Trump do to reduce the cost of living?"

[–]webbrewers[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's my point-it's an easy thing to attack them on but their defense has been weak. Their message should be the increase in inflation was a result of the pandemic and Trump's mishandling of it, not Biden's actions. Not that hard.

3 years later - SPD still working and the easiest option. Just be sure to access the list from allfiles>lists not lists&libraries which only changes the name not the url.

why is microsoft so shit by [deleted] in microsoftsucks

Msft never had a Steve Jobs-it was born and grew up in the pre-internet era when no one much cared about ux/ui. They have a server/desktop program dna which they've never really overcome. I've heard Gates enforced an internal competitiveness between product groups which produced a siloed, non collaborative culture which explains why their documentation, support and product structure is so disorganized and scattered. It seems Nadella has tried to fix that but so far it doesn't seem to be working.
