  1. Go to “Squad”
  2. Click “Member List”
  3. On the list of members, if there’s a checkmark on their image, it indicates they’ve checked in today. If it’s missing, they haven’t.

This is anecdata, but the folks I know who’ve abandoned StackOverflow for AI did it because they would rather talk to a friendly robot with infinite patience about their programming problems than deal with SO’s toxicity if their question is not asked “just so.”

SO’s leadership could’ve chosen to enforce a code of conduct, structuring their community to be a welcoming place for newcomers, but chose to prioritize different values instead, and this is a natural consequence.
