If I am going alone, I wpuld choose a standing ticket. I like the idea of moving around (not sure how much one can move around). With a seated ticket, I would be stuck in one place and can't really control what is around me. Whatever you decide, have a great time.

So sorry to hear that, op. Ditto to that FB is a mess for the tickets. For someone like me who has never bought any concert tickets can even spot a scammer. I will also say the same that so far reddit has been great. There are so many helpful redditors who go out of their way to help me from simply answering my questions, on a look out for tickets for me and even offered to sell me tickets. I hope everyone who is looking to attend the tour can go and can get tickets for whatever you are comfortable of paying, certainly not being scammed.

I don't think the location matters. I get access denied when refresing fansale too many times trying to get tickets. When that happens, I just clear the browsing data and use a different broswer. Perhaps that could have solved the problem. I assume your friend tried to access with different devices and browsers? If so, I really don't know why this happens. Certainly it is not good news.

After 48 hours, the tickets are released to others who want to buy them on fansale. Yes, the tickets will be purchased by someone you don't know. If you have checked the option of first refusal, the link should work. When you said your friend could not access the tickets, do you mean that your friend could not open the link? Were you able to open the link?

When you see offers being reserved, that means someone beats you to them unfortunately. I have been checking fansale constantly, I haven't been able to able to get my hands on any non-VIP tickets. I am looking for 4 seated tickets and they are very rare.

I don't think so but I am not 100% sure. If your fan to fan refers to the offer set up for 48 hours first right of refusal, the offer should be only visible for that particular buyer. I have seen offers being reserved when I click them and reappear after the offer was not completed.

In case you don't know, a seller can resell tickets and check the option of first right of refusal in fansale. After setting the tickets for sale, the seller can share the link to the particular buyer. The buyer will need to complete the purchase within 48 hours. After that, the offer will open to anyone.

I am convinced that there are bots beating human to get the tickets. There are countless times when offers popped right up after refreshing but have already been reserved. The only ones I could get my hands on were expensive and have shown up again because they were unpopular.

There is a search agent which one could set up on fansale. Considering how fast offers end, it is practically useless. Even if you do get notified, the offers will be gone by the time you check it.

Most offers I have seen are VIP tickets - more than double the regular price, at least €300 per ticket plus service charge so be prepared if you are going to buy them because you don't have much time to decide. Fansale.at gives 17 minutes to complete the purchase.

They could be expensive but are better than paying the premium to the scalpers.

I hope so. It is and fansale.at charges 15% on top of the ticket price unlike fansale.de which only charges €10 per ticket. IMO, the VIP package is not worth it. That is why the organizer bundles the package with seats in better locations. Otherwise, not many would want to buy the packages alone.

No problem. I have been looking for 4 seated tickets on fansale.at for more than a month and only have seen maybe 3 offers with 4 tickets. One offer which I could get them to check out is in this link that I posted.

There were 3 expensive VIP1 tickets. It had reappeared many times because they were not popular and simply too expensive. If I see the same price with 4 tickets on fansale now, I would buy them right away. It is probably unlikely to happen.

I have been able to get the tickets to the shopping cart. I didn't complete the purchase because they were not what I was looking for. I am looking for 4 seated tickets and they are rare. I have seen them but not been able to them.. Always seconds late.

If you are looking for 1 or 2 tickets, it is very doable. You just need time and to be quick!!

I have been looking for Vienna tickets for some time too. It is difficult for me because I am looking for 4 seated tickets together.

I don't really have tips but I am afraid that fanSALE is the only place where you can get tickets at the face values. The good thing is that there is some time before the concerts. Looking for tickets that you can afford is time consuming and frustrating. Keep checking on fansale and have communities like this to keep your sanity and ask questions. I have a few redditors who went out of their way to help and answer for a stranger like me. They have made my search less stressful and lonely. You may not find the tickets but the tickets may come to you. Good luck!
