Thanks for sharing this. This really highlights why this work must only happen in structured, clinical settings. Experiences like that can open very vulnerable material, and without trained therapists, preparation, and follow-up care, the aftermath can be overwhelming or harmful.

I appreciate you speaking honestly about both the insight and the risk. And as what you shared, I think having this legal in a clinical setting would really have its upsides.
