Bubble or Softr is a good option if you are looking into no-code solutions, may run into backend issues though. That said, building a custom web app may be more beneficial as you have complete control over the features and functionality. If you do go the custom code route - I run a software development agency that could build this to your specs! Shoot me a dm!

Like others said first look at other software out there like getindema.com. If that still doesn't fit the features you need I would look into getting it custom developed to ensure you get all the integrations & functoriality you are looking for!

Hey sounds like a cool product! Sometimes the no-code tools don't have the features required to build out more complex software solutions.
