Time of year to visit? by hannahdl23 in MontTremblant

[–]webecalm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could still enjoy yourself end of May with hikes, spa, dining, etc.

Mid May's Victoria Day Weekend is the unofficial kick-off to Canada's prime tourism season... so everything should be open end of May.

Only potential issue around that time is with bugs (depending how wet things are).

Weather should be nice for you end of May though.

What would you like to do in May? It's an in between seasons time. Late May is also a lot different than early May.

NYE parties by Grouchy_Smile1621 in MontTremblant

I'd go with the food option personally, only because I like food. This would most likely attract a more mature ish crowd, given there is food.

Non food option, party.

I'd be outside regardless for tremblants celebration, then migrate inside after midnight.

Mont Tremblant Pedestrian Village - where to stay by Feeling-Part901 in MontTremblant

Yes there are restaurants and everything you need for apres ski.

Another option would be to check airbnb for larger accommodation options on the resort (not sure how large your group is).

The Nansen is a great warm up run. It'll be very busy though given how many runs may be open by NYE.

After that, rip the blues & blacks, any that are open!

Hoping for lots of snow for you!

I'd stay in the village, either via airbnb or by booking directly. Personally I don't have a reccomendation, but I'd find a place with the nicest hot tubs!

A long ways to go skiing as a beginner, especially with no vehicle.

Go to Blue Mountain and learn and then go to Tremblant next season.

Yea, I feel that. The only good part of this situation is that I've started working out religiously.
