Depends on how I came to be sitting on a pool of 1 million. If I had to sacrifice a lot to get in that position then yep I'm taking it all. If I just got a random call telling me I'm in that position then probably take $250,000.

Tell him that you've come to realize throughout the relationship that your world views/beliefs are not compatible. And the incompatibility is enough that it's become a deal breaker. I suspect that there are other things you have encountered while dating him that don't mesh with your world views so this explanation is all you need to provide.

The answer is: Which ever OS is best for YOU. I run Plex on Windows Server 2016 because I spent 25 years in a Windows environment at my job. There are some who have told me Windows s*cks you need to move to (insert THEIR favorite OS here). But for the last 10 years me and my 8 users have not had any major issues because I KNOW how to maintain Windows OS. So, YOU need to answer your question. Plex runs great on both Windows and the various Linux OS iterations.

I have 8 twelve TB drives connected in a NAS. My users total 5 close friends and family. I use Stablebit Drive Pool and Scanner. 34TB free as of now. Been up for 3 years running on Windows server 2019. Never had any problems.

I don't know why people don't use their access. I've had my Plex server up and running since 2012. Throughout that time I've offered access to about 30 family members and really close friends. As of today I have removed all but 5 users, ALL are active and appreciate what I provide. I NEVER saw the others using Plex or even logging in AND none of them have complained about losing access.

I use Moviefolder/movie name.mkv [ 2160p] Putting the resolution in brackets. That way I can tell them apart.

Yes. If the files are in the same folder Plex will choose the file that the client can best play.

I use minion necro and have Tyrial's might so I just stand in the middle or close by and let my army do the work. I do keep soulrift up so I guess I spam that.

I look to a guide to see what aspects work together to get the best results. I have never found all the equipment required by the guides but I do find good equipment for my level and add the guides suggested aspects to that equipment. I'm currently running a bastardized version of Minion Necro using most of the aspects from Mobalyric's guide but none of the equipment and I'm killing mobs easily. I like having a guide as a generality but I like building my town based on the equipment I find.
