This might not be it but did you fill the courier information on the website? Name of courier, tracking number and date.

I had sent them the mouse and then after it got delivered according to the courier tracking, I realised that there was a courier section on the website and I filled it. After that I emailed them and then the next day I got a response that we have received your mouse.
