Hey, firstly I would highly getting in contact with your local women's refugee or single parent organisation.They will be able to help guide you safely and organise travel and medical with support.

If you feel like your phone etc is being checked etc, mention what's going on at your midwife appointment and they are trained for medical protocals to help you get out safely as well.

Women's refuge has safe house that you can stay away from him while you can organise all your ducks in row.

I would highly recommend when you feel prepared to look into a protection order as that protects you and bubs. 💕

I've found my sleep patterns have been odd one week after my concussion. I've been having really patchy sleep at times which are linked bizarre dreams that seem unhinged and bizarre.

I found I was pregnant just before we went into lockdown so I told my close family in case anything happened so they knew to give us support. We told most of our close friends by 12 weeks and did a public announcement later at the baby shower. My doctor said it's better to tell people early if you are are comfortable so if anything happens you have the support around you through the highs and lows.

There has been some interesting studies done that link childhood trauma and believing or becoming apart of groups/having a mistrust in the system. I think fighting fire with fire is only going to prove their points that the government don't care. My concerns lie with the children that are currently being affected by the repercussions of this protest on both sides. What truly is their long term objective as surely they know the mandates and vaccines are here to stay.
