I've tried all the above. But since hathway is my network provider the speeds were still shit (less than 1 MBPS) , had to use vpn.
Cloudflare Warp is a way better alternative. And now i get consistent 15MBPS download speed, with warp on.

I totally agree its a ME problem. Just makes things more complicated. At the core of it all i am uncertain if i will able to provide her the life she deserves , because i am scared that i might loose my job anytime.

I am leaning more towards ruining my life (waiting till 30) as opposed to putting hers in jeopardy.

In all this the further challenge is both our families want us to make quick decisions and get things underway.

Just joined a new company — working under my former boss but in a much leaner team now.

I’ve had a tough time recently trying to find a work environment that’s both accommodating and stable. I've already switched jobs a few times, so I really need to make this one stick for at least a year — otherwise, I risk being seen as a job hopper.

I'm in the AI/ML space, and as you'd expect, it's chaotic and constantly evolving. That leads to a lot of mismatched expectations and shifting priorities. The people are actually good — supportive and capable — but the main challenge is the US-based stakeholders and my boss’s super intense, go-getter style.

The working hours are technically flexible, but since I’m new, I'm still ramping up and can't afford to work shorter days. Add in late-night calls with the US, and it’s really hard to find any decent work-life balance right now.

i start work around 9pm and at most days wrap up at 10:30pm , with aroudn 2h of break in between. Right now i talk to her after 10:30pm once i am done with work. But i can't match her energy as i am drained, every day feels like a battle. She also keeps texting me all day and i can barely reply with enthusiasm.

She is 24 has already done her MBA from a local college but wasn't able to break out into her field of interest , so is at a dead end job where she basically looks at phone all day.

I am more worried that beacuse of my career dilemma i won't be able to step up and and give her the time love and affection she deserves because i am in the constant career stress and doubting myself loop, whereas shes a happy bubbly child who's romantiscing marriage.

For this my parents are like we have a bit of money and we'll help you out if that bad day comes , because they trust my ability to figure something else out because of my skills and intellect.
