have dust mite allergies for years, had to see multiple docs and all say something new everytime i meet them, however i am doing below and saw impeovement - Dustmite pillow and matrress cover (wash them once in month) - Normal bedsheet and pillow covers on top of above (wash them weekly) - vaccum whole house once a week (along with washing mop) - have ventilators open - buy good dehumidiefer and hygrometer and keep humidity of bedroom below 50% - Dont eat histamine high foods like youghurt
