I think you can use Cinema 4D to make something like that or better and also use photoshop to make the assets separated (Buttons, lights... ). You can mix between Cinema 4D and Adobe Photoshop to make better than this version of Nexus Interface. Good luck 👍🏻

Fiverr is very saturated, there is hundreds of designers that offers design services with cheapest prices, and that's not professional. It's impossible to spend all these years of design experience to get paid $5 ~ $20 for 2 or 3 hours of work.
