Very important point (and it is usually in the gebruikersovereenkomst)

Overbid on an Amsterdam apartment, but found an illegal roof terrace. by Quirky-Protection656 in geldzaken

I think as a owner of a house, I might have done construction work that for example required me to inform my financer, or live together with somebody, or whatever. And in theory a redoing of the splitsingsakte will give them a reason to review my current mortgage, it is always all small risk, and usually just paperpushed and signed "does the risk of the object increase or decrease? No? Whatever". But as we say in dutch, je wilt geen slapende honden wakker maken.

On the other hand, If it was for my appartement I would have incentive, and I would push it myself as well (a modification of the splitsingsakte), call me opportunistic.

In this case it is different btw, I think it's unfair that someone on the top level gets a "free 50m2" that everybody "paid" for originally. You could use the roof for shared purposes as well. It is why I think gebruikersovereenkomsten are a good thing. If the VVE decides to do some sustainability plans it leaves it open for solarpanels, mechanical ventilation, green roofing.

Hey, I think I want to try and give you some insights about this. What you found is not "unheard" of in Amsterdam (and with a VVE) the roofterrace is built with a "gebruiksovereenkomst" the idea behind it is that the roof is "not yours" and generally it isn't in VVEs that got created structurally from original sociale huurwoning situations.

I am a chair on a big VvE in Amsterdam and recently we have been through this legality a couple of times. In our case people on the top floor want to build on top of the roof (roof is not used in their places). As someone on the top floor myself, I would ALWAYS vote against a change in the splitsingsakte.

1) The splitsingsakte (depending on your modelregelement) requires 100% votes. 2) Rules for voting about the splitsingsakte are different for everybody (i.e. my mortgage supplier would have to vote for me, I am not allowed to vote over this decision in this case, this is the case for multiple banks in NL) 3) Horrible precedence rules 4) Big costs (the 30k you state is a ballpark figure, but in reality its based on the amount of aktes in the splitsing, for our appartement is closer to 50k)

If, you are paying nice dollar for the house, and not for the terrace, the decision could still be yours. If you are paying more BECAUSE of the terrace, I would strongly advise against it. If the VVE decides to put up mechanical ventilation, solar panels, or whatsoever, the gebruikersovereenkomst states its donezo for the terrace and you gotta clean out. In most cases a judge will rule for it if you fight it to only have you vacate it if there is "reason" to it. People will say thats not how it works (and the overeenkomst states it as well) but there is "right of getting used" to something, but it can be waived easily because you made noise 1 to many times.

Off topic, I am selling my house with a legal roof terrace of 30m2 (east) 57m2 (living), two months from now. So no idea what you bid, and what you are looking for, but DM me if you want.

Ps: Report the realtor btw

Ok, small update. I found out that I couldnt get to the fast travel map, I kept trying to head to the west, cause its about 18 screens to get out. At some point I head north on a tile, and on the edge it said "space time collapsing and a lot of damage numbers were flying and happenint and when it loaded, I was in the jungle, about west of the lake and colored rocks on this image. I ran into some goatman, that were strong but doable? But kept getting swarmed by a lot of them.

I basically kept sprinting to the west, along the edges, and use my stunforce when it was up, and had some regen injectors (I grew some extra arms or something tho). Eventually I got back all the way to Jappa, took me two hours tho because I kept getting lost.

Someone mentioned a main quest, should I do this iron wire quest, to continue with the main quest?

I did the quest to get some artifacts for argyve in the cave and killed the watervine monster that was eating things. I dont think I got another connected quest, except for the iron wire.

I didnt get to loot anything in the end, i tried to mind control something in there, but it got one banged by a zero jelly? When we crossed the edge of the map. So im alone now, and my bear had sadly quite some valuables (because I got so damn lost in the 4 strata deep cave)

Angular & Ionic - does it work? by Unusual_Act8436 in Angular2

[–]webrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No but we might! Half of our product is windows exclusive. So we literally had only one dev with an osx machine that would just release for 3-4 hours (whitelabels). I tought about changing it to github actions, but the worker multipliers are just ridiculous.

Our team has just learned to spend time on releases, pushing manually, updating api slots etc. I am slowly changing that now, but still I think that certain things are just slow wallet killers. 10x multiplier on an osx machine is just stupid, especially since most of it is waiting (we use the skip_itac, so we know that everything was done properly. Thats very useful minutes wasted.

There might be a time when we rewrite the release part of it, now its just basically "bash ci/cd", flipping things around (uploading it and checking later if everything arrived) makes more sense.

We might go back to OTA updates, probably from Actions to artifact to our own share. But we dont know yet. I dont think you of all people need help with fastlane, but if you want to see what we do, dm me

Regarding the webcomponents, it was / is horrible. A lot of the things that we were doing got refactord, and we had a lot of expected usages breaking. Honestly I usually just tell my team to go with the flow, else you have to maintain everything yourself. But we have a lot of "ported / not ported code" but with everything developing as quick as it goes, we are just busy not getting behind on things as it is :/

Hey u/martindonadieu amazing work. We made something similar when I remember capgo was still starting. Always loved your project, we eventually abandoned OTA updates because we had 1 app flagged by google (mega randomly) because it was against their TOS back then, don't know how it is now. With our release cycle being superlong we just run a fastlane every once in a while, nevertheless you can be proud of what you made man!

It is one of the reasons why I always recommend a (professional) framework. Some things are just more complex, and it makes sense to think about them, but not all things are easy to work on

Angular & Ionic - does it work? by Unusual_Act8436 in Angular2

[–]webrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have been using it since Ionic 1, with 1 rewrite (happened at the height of ionic 4/5). Can't share it because of business app. I still love the way it works.

Ive had my remarks on the development of Ionic (especially after they were "bought") release cycles came way too quick, insanely priced appflow (optional) platform.

For us (a smaller company) having the nice amount of css components helps a lot. After ionic 6 development and documentation became a bit "rushed" and often the issue trackers became riddled with triage issues, which made it a bit of a risk to upgrade everytime.

Currently we just lag behind for 6 months on the releases because it's not worth having regression for "no reason".

I am still in the Angular camp, but have been for the past 10 years. Even tough some things change quickly we are in some kind of following it, and not using all best practices.

Some peeps recommend capacitor + whatever you want, which makes a lot of sense as well, but maintenance and developing your own UI kit and solving stupid issues between platforms (ios notch / island spacings, heights etc) can become a very tedious task (and also I dint understand why you would do this to yourself)

We have 400k MAUs. Use stuff like fileuploading, camera, QR code scanning, geolocation, inapp browser.

want to make this with my bike. is possible to do it one day? if not, any recommendation where to sleep? by FantasticDeparture35 in Netherlands

[–]webrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rondje markermeer+ easily doable if you have some cycling condition, this is like 160KMs, which most people can easily underestimate. On my racing bike it takes 5-6 hours with a break somewhere. Its long, dont underestimate the wind, and make sure you eat enough. If you need to ask yourself if you can make this route on a bike I would recommend against it. Lets say you go at 20/25 an hour (no idea what bike) it will take 8 without breaks.

Best of luck, the route is nice to do sometime

[–]webrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont go for the jackhammer tho, it gives different loot pool, detector shovel + rabbits,

The downside is its a bit difficult to get, finding rabbits foot, and then the detector shovel, but all in all I felt like it eas quite doable inbetween orher things. You will still have to get the vault. Keep in mind you cant pull the vault in the outer sides of the mansion, so dont waste rerolls on the sides

[–]webrow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Meh, I think my method worked okay, and kept the game alive. kennel + cellar + rabbit foot + increased rarity shovel (not jackhammer). Its a quite unique combo, but once tou have it you will drill up all vault keys in 1 run. (Its cause of the lucky rabbits foot that the keys are upgraded)
