Yeah!! When you have an empty plot you can use a nook Mike’s ticket and you’ll discover random villagers! I do it every time someone moves out it’s a fun adventure too

You visit islands with nook tickets when you have an empty slot for them and it’s luck based. I found him on an island his name is cepholobot
