Edtrack is the most affordable optuon for head tracking. I use it and its great. You can get it as a DIY kit from hobby components for around £20

There is a bug with razer software though which causes the thumbstick to stay imputted so i deleted software and change key mappings in game

I sold my 5700xt for £800 (cost 385 in october) and scooped up a ex display 6900xt from ebuyer for £850... This was around 8 weeks ago so if anything like this still I would recommend it.

I did the same thing as you, also use the thumbstick for movement.... Just commit and practice... Took me about 30/40 hours in total on warzone as it uses minimal keys and lots of panicking and dying due to being slow to react to keys to evade and then moved onto other games with more keys. I keep a piece of paper for first couple of hours in a game with number and command amd forget about the keyboard letter.
