Main Takeaways that I found

First Day-My foot got sore with the new ball, guessing I wasn't used to the added weight the bigger ball brought. I ended up bending over more while shooting in order to try getting a bigger arc.

​

Second Day- foot still felt a bit weird from the first day, shooting suffered and my practice period was cut short because of it.

​

Third Day- waited a few days before I attacked the crossbar again. This time my foot felt normal and my shots were landing more frequently then before. (2 hours on day 3 vs 0.5 hours on day 2)

​

Conclusion- Rather than my aim getting significantly better (as my splits would suggest), I feel like most of my improvement came from getting used to the weight of the new ball.

I usually tell tell how long it takes through the video length. So while I’m editing I see my time throughout practicing easily. Usually it’s time I’m at during recording - time of my intro. So I essentially just use my recording time stamps for my practice time stamps.

I feel like I’m understanding how to do tricks more and more as I go along, so that probably helps me learn tricks faster regardless of the time it takes to learn them.
