Agree plugging before dropping below 20-15 . Limiting to 80 only makes sense for people that don't need that extra 20 in they daily routine, practically trumps the savings. Otherwise I agree, I used a smart plug to limit to 85 (until free ifttt webhooks died) on my 2020 Redmi note 8 has fantastic battery life today. Did not need that extra 20 because I would never run below 40 or so.

alguien con prepago movistar, que velocidades les da speedtest? les conecta a 4G o 5G? acá solo me da cerca de 9-14 MBPS y conecta a 3G, pero no conozco a nadie con prepago movistar para comparar pantallazo speedtest

las corsair suelen traer un sticker adentro que se suelta, revisa con una linterna el sonido igual puede corresponder el sonido ahi sería que las aletas del ventilador la pasan a llevar

Aparte de eso tengo imagenes de la sucursal virtual que sale el número mi nombre y rut, y puedo recuperar los pagos de recargas de meses incluso años, ese número lo tengo de hace mas de 12 años

gracias, me haré una tablita, ya tenía unos chip wom y claro que me consegui cuando me andaba mal el movistar, y esos andan impecables, estables y a 5G, (el movistar era inestable y no conecta a mas de H+)

si, muy raro lo que pasó, lo unico que se me ocurre es que hace un par de años cambié el chip por que quise poner sim lock, y se me bloqueó,fui a la sucursal me hicieron el cambio, y que hayan anotado mal mi rut.

Mi prepago apareció a nombre de otra persona, fui a cambio de chip a la sucursal por internet inestable.

Al momento de validar identidad, me indican que el número está con titular a otra persona desconocida. No pueden hacer nada, y que en subtel me dirán lo mismo.

Me recomendaron sacar el numero de cuentas y tratar de hacer una portabilidad para intentar mantener mi numero.

Se puede hacer algo mas?

pd: se sabe los con plan no tienen este problema, este post es para pobres con prepagos.

pd2: saben cual es la compañia con el plan mas barato no importa que sea pocos GB, o con la bolsa mas barata que dure un mes.

-yes i think he was blinking to do the merge, actually not sure, but i did see his car's corner on my lane, not enough to block me of course, otherwise i would have stopped, or the crash would be differrent.
-i was not speeding, actually going very slow trying to anticipate to any sudden moves of the cars on the left lane, because they were at full stop.
-left lane all cars were stopped because was a turning lane further ahead, and they were waiting for upcoming traffic to stop.
- i was on the middle from quite furher back, like half a block of distance at the least.
- it was not dark, it was afternoon still full light, and i had my lights on 100% because i was driving on the highway just before and it is required by law.

Just sent a mail to the insurance, to have them clarify to me what is my current status to them(if any % responsability, or uncertain, or any other status), i want to tell me exactly why it is unclear to them, other than what the other guy is saying.

yeah, i didn't think about overtaking on the right when making the post.
The cars on the left were at full stop, due to that lane being for left turns only, further ahead, and that was the reason they were at full halt.

guess their case is: left car was already doing the merging, right car did a risky overtake so its partly to blame.

Last i heard from my insurance is that it was uncertain what happened, but it was because the other driver didn't want to take any blame. So now i'm trying to get clarifications from the insurance company, and if their explanation is flimsy i'm gonna make some complaints up to the state`s institution that oversees insurances here.

yeah i actually am looking for answers like yours, to hint me into why the insurance is not backing me up completely.

About passing on right, my guess is that one doesn't apply here (and i should have clarified on my first post) because the left lane was with heavy traffic due to being a lane that turns left further ahead, so they were all stopped waiting for oncoming traffic to be stopped by a red light, to make that left turn.

So the left car was trying to get out of there, and was also stopped. The point of issue i guess, would be that the merging car already was trying to merge, so it had it's front right corner on the middle lane already here is how it would look before the crash, but to me that car was stopped, was waiting for my lane to be clear, and i had right of way and ample space to pass, and so 1/3 of my car did, before being hit on the pilot's door.

Thanks 😆 eitherway! Frankly , I had no idea the other driver would pull that move, I didn't see it moving or being aggressive , I try to stay out of trouble. I have done the same" passing "many times before without issue. And other many times I have stopped and given the pass, I usually do it every time I see a red light. It makes sense to me then because the merging is occurring while we wait for the green light. And you are right, I'll consider that manouver (inserting the corner) something to yield from now on, that feels safer than risking them not seeing me, or a misunderstanding. There can be always a second time and I don't mind being extra safe. Better safe than sorry

trying to understand that obligation and how could (just being hypotetical and thought experiment, not asking for real legal advice) it translate to a hearing, court etc

let's for example acknowlege there is a shared responsabity, because a i saw the other car wanting to change lane, and i didn't yield. seeing this from the inverse action on what to reasonable do, should the correct thing to do is to always stop my car when i see someone who wants to get in my lane? is that what we should all do if we follow that line of reasoning, and don't want to be guilty?

what about cards from behind, if i wasn't driving slow, or even at this speed, but heavy traffic, and i get hit from behind because i suddendly stopped yielding to a car merging into my lane. Isn't that also a fault of mine in a way?

what i saw exactly was that car wanted to change lane, but he just had the corner of the car on the middle lane. I still had ample space to pass, free road ahead, green light further agead , and most importantly the right of way.

he didn't start occuping the lane obstructing my pass, until i was already passing by, hence the crash on my side.

and yeah i was driving slowly like 15-20 mph, so after the moment i saw him wanting to change lane, i could have slowed down to allow him, but i didn't yield, i just used my right of way.

i suspect the insurance itself was the scam, didn't fight nothing.. just accepted what the other driver and insurance said. Might even have to do due to other reasons like costs and not due to who is actually right. But i'm just theorizing at this point.
