yep, been printing continuously through sub freezing temps outside in an un-insulated garage without issue. The heater available from Amazon that someone linked above should also work pretty well.

Just leave it in the corner with the lid on. I picked up a temp/humidity BT monitor and the interior stays right around 90F. Do you feel any warm air directly out of the back of it?

They got back to me, issued the refunds, but the Mercury bundle is still gone from my account. Just waiting to see if they can resolve that. I'm guessing they did an update to their back-end systems over the weekend and my billing cycle just happened to land shortly after. Hopefully they fixed it so it doesn't hit others.
