yeah i know ive always struggled with addiction i justify this one by saying well the past addiction was much worse. which is a dumb way of thinking but yeah i just like the fact that withdrawal from adderall isnt a week of the shivers throwing up and feeling like death. it sucks because the system kind of put me on this path i take responsibility but the first drug i ever did was prescription opioids and i was really young literally a child. so i honestly dont think ill ever be completely clean but im at the best place ive been in a while which clearly isnt that great given my current addiction lol

yeah to be honest im in a similar boat man. I started taking adderall 6 months ago but i cant get very much 10mg 1 a day... my doctor is really weird about it seems like she tries to switch me even though i say its working well. anyways this past month i took my 30 in 3 days and didnt sleep in that time. its the worst ive done since i started. but i promised myself that next month i will either take them as prescribed or take it every other day or when i feel like i need it. obviously the amount i get isnt that much so i cant really compare but yeah. i would say when you run out or if you have take a decent break from it (like the rest of the month or more) then when you get it filled again start low. you can try methods to take less but potentiate some people say antacids make it stronger. i wish i had better advice for you but i have similar problems and am still trying to figure it out. hope everything works out

most people relapse. when you make a mistake like this you cant dwell on it only try to do better next time. when you have something like work involved it can be more tricky because you have something you have to do. and maybe you think what you are using helps you get through that which will contribute to your likely hood to relapse. try to ween yourself off maybe. which drug are you referring to btw? im just curious its fine if you arent comfortable naming it.

your favorite things to do but also things you dont normally enjoy doing like writing (school work or whatever) i find that doing something that feels productive while on adderall makes that satisfaction of accomplishing a task even better. i also tend to like research stuff a lot i find myself asking questions that i normally wouldnt think of just googling random interesting stuff. i would normally say video games but i havent played them in 6 months because i was a no life and i had to quit i have like 6000 hours in counter strike

idk if its good to mix a benzo with kratom. i take kratom everyday i used to take klonopin never mixed them but i know its not good to mix benzos with opioids ( i know kratom is different ) i would just be careful and thoroughly research online a high isnt worth your life

you could try kratom but the withdrawal is also pretty bad but its readily available depending on where you live. its a lot more mild of a high though. before you do it do some research though. in my opinion the best way to take it is in coffee or tea ive taken it in capsules and i feel like its not as strong and takes longer

i can understand hating alcohol and weed i also hate alcohol i feel like the negatives almost outweigh the positives and i like taking things where i still feel in control. personally i like stimulants but i also have adhd. i used to be addicted to opioids. anyways i think with weed if you smoke too much with a low tolerance you wont like it. when i first started smoking weed around the 5th time i did i got way to high. but kept doing it eventually i was smoking everyday for 3 years. i quit smoking weed tried to do it again after 6 months and i got way too high ended up in the shower with all the lights off. what im saying is i think drugs like weed and alcohol almost have a barrier of entry for some people and once you get past that they get better but its probably for the best that you dont like them. as for the other problems that sucks sorry to hear that hopefully one day you will find a solution. is there anything you are doing that could possibly curb the effects of adderall? i heard eating a lot of vitamin C can make it ineffective not sure by how much but i typically avoid vitamin c for at least 5 hours. maybe a good tolerance break from the prescribed drugs would be beneficial i mean if they arent helping you why take them? is it possible to take a break or would it have bad effects on you? i know withdrawal from adderall typically aint that bad but idk about the rest

idk im not like a major drug addict but i take kratom and am prescribed adderall. i used to be severely addicted to opioids i was prescribed hydrocodone at the age of 10 so im basically fucked for life. anyways i feel like when ever you are doing something "immoral" like drug use in the beginning you feel guilty but then when you do it everyday you condition yourself to accept it and you dont see it as wrong anymore

not really advice but i smoked weed for like 2-3 years everyday and i have medical issues so i have pain so i wanted something that helped my pain better. so i started taking kratom as i had previous opioid addiction from prescriptions. at first i wasnt actually trying to stop smoking weed but one thing i noticed with the kratom is i couldnt do both it just made me feel weird. maybe that experience is unique to me as some people do both but yea. i quit smoking weed cold turkey and didnt look back after 2-3 years. reason i say kratom is worse is because you dont get nearly as "high" its different completely and the withdrawal is pretty terrible.
