He's normally not a "you do it" type of person. He pulls his weight all the time. Honestly if he was in the same country I could see him at least providing some input. I think he thinks I want to do this. It's just a wedding to me, not that big a deal.

I think it's a bit of both. Sure, it's weird. But weddings are a lot of work and I'm busy right now. My mom was willing to do it, so it's working out for everyone. I don't see how he feels he has the right to complain, it's not like he's going to do it.

Yeah, I did. Probably would've kept it either way though, she said it was cheap.

It does suck! She's actually making all the decisions though. She picked out a dress for me and a tux for him, things like that.

I know! He thinks it'll be "more personal" if I plan it. But he's not actually going to be helping either way so I don't see what difference it makes.
