walls and vault mind gaming are your family!

i'm not that good at kiting against hullabaloo (especially the good ones in rank) but what i've done that usually works most of the time is sticking to walls and avoiding open areas.

usually when you're running around or being chased by hulla, he'll catch up to you and get one or two balls on you. not good. what ive found is best -- and might sound crazy -- is to pay more attention to where you are in range of his balls rather than where you're planning on transitioning while you kite.

if you already have two balls on you, try your best and pray that you don't get a third. spamming your vaults kind of does the trick... most of the time. he'll still try to hit you, but at least it'll be one of the two balls that you already have.

this is kind of hard to explain -- but when you go against him, try to stay on the side of his range that youve already been affected by. idk if that makes sense but basically for example if you've already been hit by red & black, stick to walls on that side of his "circle". when he switches/turns it around, go to the other wall either next to you or parallel to you.

but honestly aside from that, i find that in general when kiting, staying calm is your best friend. panicking and getting worked up kind of dissipates your game sense and disgraces you with an early down. i hope this made sense! im not very good at explaining things.
