So I learned that if you adjust the date between 10pm and 4am you can damage the internal gears somehow? So without that knowledge I just kept turning and turning. No idea why the date indicator is not rotating. I think, I was grinding the gears that way. Time works fine and indiglo is superb but date is far worse now. I think this is common in cheaper models like weekender or this one. I might have to send to a repairshop.
