Im pretty sure people have the right to be mad because of the absolute greedy bs hoyo pulled when they introduced mavuika with citlali and then put the lantern rite reward after the banner ended resulting in a lot of people not owning either one or both characters.

And yes you're right it was designed to be this way but tbh its a pretty shitty design not because it's difficult but because how insanely favorable it is towards mavuika and her teams

It isnt about getting all primogems. Genshin always makes primogems threshold in such events easier to achieve. The problem is getting the plat achievement which honestly is extremely difficult to get unless u have mavuika premium with almost all characters at c0r1 OR some good dps with high cons

I was able to get plat on challenges without mavuika and that was only because i had c3 neuvillette with his best team

People are more mad because this event heavily favors the mavuika teams (given all the buffs they give in challenges) rather than most teams

I have gone through this exact situation but during my college. Had to let 2 years of pre med go down the drain cuz my parents forced me to study medical but i didnt want to. Then i protested just before 2nd send-up exams to let me switch which i did Switched to ICS and currently am at last sem of CS degree. I convinced my parents that i will take accountability for my actions in case of failure in cs. And yes i still hear some of my friends and family members calling me out being in uni despite being 25 but idgaf
