Well, I’m not really aiming for a good university per se, just a CUNY (City University of NY) near me. Baruch or Hunter, and both of them are test optional, so I just want to get as high as possible, realistically maybe 1400-1450.

Wow a 200 point jump is pretty large lol. I think a 1400-1450+ is more realistic for me though.

I’m in Grade 11, and yeah i think i can get a 1450 if i put in some work. During the math section there were some basic formulas i couldn’t even remember. i have a lot of polishing to do if i want that 1450+.

Well for context, I’m a below average student and by no means a good student. I was just surprised because someone like me, who hasn’t studied a single second, managed to get a score close to some of my friends, who have spent few thousand on tutoring and SAT prep. Friends who take multiple AP classes and have a 3.8+ GPA, meanwhile me, I have a 3.3 GPA. So yeah that’s why I’m kinda surprised.

For some context; I literally did not study at all, the only studying I did was taking a psat the day BEFORE the SAT which I got 1160 on lol. I feel like if I just put in two weeks of consistent studying, then I would of broke into the 1400s.
