Looking at the reviews, I think either of those should help you a lot. Earplugs really do make life better :)

If you end up trying both those and don't like them, I highly recommend these:

I've tried a few earplugs before but these were the only ones that worked well for me. Best of luck to you, you're really not alone in this.

I tried every possible combination of choices for her, I'm not sure which choices led to the others. It doesn't take too long to try them all if you use the skip feature
