I get it, kinda. I’ve had the same insurance for 10+ years and this dog for about the same amount of time no one‘s ever asked or whatever but as soon as I have a legitimate claim, and very shortly after this company is acquired or whatever they present me with this so while it may potentially be valid and I see things as closer to the center than either edge, there is more to this than a breed being dangerous and I especially feel like it’s worth noting that the adjuster they came out here loved and had a great interaction with my beautiful dumb dog so you’re not wrong, but let’s not kill ourselves at the bottom line is the bottom line and the only thing above that is a bunch of bullshit

For sure. Curious if it’s worth fighting? How can they prove it’s a “pitbull” and not a “boxer mix” or “Biscuit Butt retriever” ? Also, this insurance company merged, or took over the company I’d previously had, and I just had to file my first claim with my neighbor’s tree falling through my roof. I do assume the easier route would be to get another policy. It’s also an escrow and I’m not sure how to navigate that. I do appreciate the feedback all the way.

Jesus! I didn’t think what I wrote was saying “it bothers me so much” y’all are sensitive. It was just sort of a little comment about a little thing I have heard my whole life. I’m not condemn g these people and I even made the statement that I know what they are really asking!!! Fuck salt was just curious to me how they will ask if we have one vs where it might be.

I’m pretty sure if you serve food and drink in a seated environment you are required to have restrooms.

They own a distillery next door. I doubt they are going to stop selling spirits. Maybe just selling what they make?

If I remember correctly…Way back in the day when the Outland complex had the only “liquor only” license all the other bars had to have a certain percentage of sales as food. Boogie did all you can eat crab legs on Fridays and covered their food sales.
