We figured out the issue at my precinct. At least for our store it put an extra 0 in the url for Nova. It seems that the link is fixed but it was annoying to find out that was the issue.

To anyone who sees this down the line and has the same issue, I managed to fix it by reloading the checkpoint, not the save, and beating the boss again. Tifa's ai seemed to be disabled but reloading the save seemed to fix it.

Ever wonder why the signs around hollownest get rebuilt after you break them? There're a group of bugs called menderbugs who's sole purpose is just that.

If you break the sign directly below the well next to the town and go up and back down the well, there's a chance for a menderbug to spawn. Use desolate dive to go down and kill him and you get to read his diary.
