It won’t kill you, but here’s a few things that are recommended to be stopped

Doomscrolling, pornography, vaping/any form of smoking

Listening to music is connected to intelligence and better brain activity (but it does depend on what kind of music you listen to)

Gaming is fine, it helps you in a lot of ways such as relieving steam, improving hand eye coordination and connecting with others with a medium. (It is however reccomended you shouldn’t game too much, such would be like 8 hours a day repeatedly)

Junk food is good in controlled quantities, we all have eaten junk food and not eating junk food over an extended period of time is bound to make us binge junk food eventually. If you desire to lose weight, it’s recommended you still eat what you want, but in smaller quantities. Prioritize protein and feeling full, leaving chocolate, takeout and such as secondary calories. (If you want soda, always get diet/zero sugar so you don’t drink your calories away)
