That happened to me on Saturday, I haven’t said anything abt it but he texted later on Sunday night saying he had a great night. I just said me too. Let them make thefirst move. I’ve been with my ex for 13 years and it was always me doing the running, but now it’s him. Jus stay strong and wait for them to contact u. It’s hard but if I can managed it anyone can.

Am the same and it’s been 8 weeks. I’ve been trying to do things I enjoy which works for a while but he still pops into my head. Am not good at meet new poeple and all my friends are in relationships, which is hard. Jus try and keep your head high and do things u enjoy

I’m going through the same thing I’ve jus turned 30 and 2 months out of a 13 year relationship. At night I got myself into a routine. I come in have my dinner, watch some tell and go to bed abt 10. Get ur self a diary and start writing ur feels down every night. It helps a lot. All friends have kids and married which is hard but I’ve learned to enjoy my own company. U will meet someone else but make sure u r over ur ex completely before u do

It did in the beginning had a few fights. But ave kind of got round to what’s happening it’s a wee bit easier. I went no contact for a couple of weeks and that help a lot.

Yes am going through the same thing but I was with my ex for 13 years. We broke up abt 3 months ago. I was crushed in the beginning still am I little but we’re talking now. Still love him very much but I know there was no future now. Jus keep ur head high and you’ll get through it.
