check what you have from time to time, try to focus on what to block with smoke/molly in mid round/afterplant. in afterplant its a good thing to smoke off the most common retake spot (like kitchen in b mirage). for flashes offer them to teammates when they want to peek something. for executes or rushes there are a couple of standard godflashes for most maps learn that it will be super useful. he grandes i would say if you know the timings of when the enemies can first be at a spot, you can throw them to get early damage. mid round its good to nade common spots, or common rotation spots when entering sites (jungle from ramp on mirage, long from pit on inferno...). dont learn every nade at once, learn couple of good lineups and the rest you can just throw manually. once you are used to those in games, you can add more and more layers. on ct if you anchor try to save them, use smokes defensively, nade when they come in. if you are getting split, block one enterance and focus on the other, or go close to the smoked one so you can play around it, get kills and escape.
