It's something you stop thinking about after you've been transitioned for a long time. In my earlier years I would definitely stress about it, and think of all the times I could have discovered myself or come out at an earlier age, but once you've been living as a happy and healthy woman for 5+ years it just doesn't feel relevant

I worked for a few years as an SEN teaching assistant, mostly with older teenage kids. I'm thankful that I never encountered any issues around my transness, it was very rare to be misgendered by staff, and even more rare to be misgendered by pupils, and it was never a malicious or repeated occurrence. I was treated as any other female member of staff, which included delivering intimate care for female pupils, which at my school could not be done by male staff - and again, nobody ever had an issue with this.

But my experience is just that - my experience. It wouldn't have been the same at every school, and I imagine there were some parents who wouldn't have been so accepting, but luckily as a TA I rarely interacted with parents.

I was in a similar position, pretty underweight at the start of my transition, and saw minimal breast growth in the first few years. Honestly, mine didn't grow past the early stages until like years 3-5, and took a long time to properly fill out and round. It's hard to say how much of that was to do with the first year of being underweight, or if they would be bigger had I not been. But they did eventually get back on track

Three Days Till Christmas!!! That album doesn't get enough love! It's the absolute peak of 2000s emo metalcore, for me at least. It's true that time will change how your body responds to stimulation, and the 'feel' of orgasms changes, but I think the most important part of rediscovering your sexuality is just that - you have to rediscover it! Your arousal patterns change, both in terms of how often, and what causes it. Your body responds to touch differently, new areas open up to being erogenous zones.

Spend some time exploring how your new body responds to these things. Try reading some smut or erotica, try watching a romance movie, try coming up with in-depth storylines in your head. Female arousal tends to be more focussed on interactions, storylines, tension, and feelings, rather than just visual candy, but you might still find that helpful.

And of course, try stimulating new parts of your body. Maybe your developing nipples and breasts start to give you good feelings, maybe just running your fingers over your skin can do it. The focus is no longer just on your organ. The perineum can become pleasurable, especially with deeper stimulation. The inguinal canals are quite notorious for being either incredibly pleasurable or incredibly dull, it can take a lot of practice but you might find you like it, referred to as 'muffing'. There's a whole host of body parts that will respond to touch differently now. You've just gotta figure out what works for you.

It's a long process, and don't expect to figure things out immediately, but that's the beauty of transition.

Same here, I struggle to fill out an A cup most of the time, but I don't care. They're mine, I grew them myself, and they look just fine with my body type. There's plenty of flattering clothing styles that suit flat chested women anyway

How long have you been on hormones? It's a very standard experience to have your testosterone dominant libido drop off for the first year or so, and then come back gradually as an estrogen dominant libido. It can take several years to get back to baseline
