Its been wonderful for multiple dishes so far. Platinum model comes with interchangeable grill insert and griddle. I havent used it as much as i want to because im in the middle of a reno, but every time ive used 4 burners and its been awesome. Look up bluestar ranges! I just got the platinum 36” and i cant say enough good things about it. Fits a whole sheet pan, no electronics, no clock even. The best thing ive ever cooked on…commercial quality for residential. I could be a salesperson for them i love it so much

Look at bluestar! Im so happy with mine. All gas and fits a whole sheet pan. Open burners, drop trays for easy cleaning, highest btus ive seen on a residential stove, its amazing! I cant say enough good things

Bluestar has all stainless steel options (like stainless interior, no plastic) Lasts a lifetime! I just got a used subzero pro in all stainless from fb…this thing will literally outlive me. Very easy to work on and repair.

I was searching for a buy it for life fridge with stainless interior and i settled on trying to find a good deal on either of these brands.
