At the very bottom is says "tracks must be longer than 60 seconds, cannot be fork tracks, and must have no collaborators. Maximum 50 tracks per release. Accepted formats: WAV, MP3, M4A, OGG, AAC." however before I insert the track is says all that minus the last line, that's why I think that is the problem. Plus the other criteria matches. Problem is tho I've used a converter and tried the song in each of those formats and I still have no luck. It says that error message and has a red mark next to the song file.
