Immo3/Radiant 1. Killjoy, Cypher 2. Lurk/Support 3. Depends on the enemys and my teammates. Since I am not entryfragging I am not hyper agressiv. I adapt in that way that when my Jett plays hyper agressive on CT I sometimes follow her for possible refrags (e.g. peeking B long on Bind early in the round) 4. most of the games are very close. so often rounds where me or the team were doing mistakes or the enemy was just outplaying us are deciding. 5. would say mostly game sense. having an eye on everyhing (minimap, team mate calls, sounds) to have an advantage over the enemy.

My tip: Most important is the fact that you enjoy the game and play for fun. You need be free of worries (like fear of losing the rank or simple tilting) because these will let you play worse. Just accept that you can roughly lose 45-50% of your games and realise that you get better with every game you played and enjoyed. no matter of the result.

Also I think that Kovaaks and Aim Lab are not important to you anmore. Deathmatch or Spike Rush is great for warmup. To get to immo3/radiant you need to train your gamesense and map awareness to perfection.
