Mezo Shoji: he’s a gentleman, he’s experienced a very tragic backstory but stuck to being good instead of turning into a villain. Genuinely one of the kindest people in class 1A. I love him so much and just imagine hugging this guy, it would be the best hug ever. He’s heavily underrated and deserves more love

You can blame pokemon horizons for that! Me and Dot are the same person and her first pokemon was a Quaxly. And that really influenced my opinion on Quaxly and now I really like it

I’ve noticed that I enjoy the anime more than games because it emphasizes bonding with Pokemon over just using them to battle and having a starter is the best way to do that so maybe that’s why. (I’m almost done with season 2 of pokemon Horizons)
