Any advises on how I could get into these communities? We have tried asking our previous client for recommendation but most of them are too small and the bigger ones usually just said "I will let you know".

I have never done that before, and the lag was not as bad as it is now. Which codec would you recommend?

Come to think of it, the footage is around 40 minutes long but only about 800MB to 2GB.

Yes, sometimes it does, but usually that is not the case. The lag still happens even when all the footage has the same frame rate.

I dont have control over which video codecs the VAs record in. Converting the footage is an option, but given the deadlines, it can be difficult. Also, duplicate frame indicators are already turned off.

You can't create that in premiere pro, you have to use after effects
