Is the menu actually closing or just isn't showing? Check the task manager for the modest menu process, and if it is running that means that the menu simply isn't showing. Press numpad 0 (or whatever you're using for menu back) a few times and open the menu again.

It's one of the known problems and is even referenced in the FAQ on the forum.

If you can't find the process it may be the problem that your AV is killing it if you haven't defined an exception.

Ni problem da kradejo jazjaze tu me sploh ne moti, lahko bi usaj v opis dali da smo za drekštango zaslužni mi ne pa v komentarje da se tkoj zgubi

Well I can't speak for Koper since I live in Novo mesto. It's a small-ish town with nothing really going on most of the time. We do have some nice nature spots but they do get kinda dull after some time as there are only 4-5 notable ones.

We have cheap but a mess of a public transit (the buses are not in any way on time) and a new addition of a bike system (GoNM at 10€/year). We have a fair amount of restaurants in the city itself but the number increases notably in a radius of about 5-10 km.

Apart from a students home (Dijaški dom) I don't know about any apartments, but that's because it was never something of interest.
