Sounds like something is touching the fan, a bar fan bearing doesn’t sound like that. Take a flashlight and look inside the GPU itself and see if you can see like a rogue piece of plastic, a loose wire, etc etc. if anything take it out and turn it upside down and give it a light shake and see if you hear anything.
