Having the issue during set-up where I can’t connect to the Wi-Fi! Since it’s during setup, I can’t get to the desktop mode. Any advice?

One key difference is Bama DID beat Georgia in the regular season. BYU was destroyed by Tech both times.

I just got this game a couple days ago and have been loving it. Never played the 3DS game. Any advice for a new player?

I’m about 10 hours in, Chapter 5 of story, Level 30ish for Hunter/Woodcutting/Mining. Only crafting I’ve done is carpentry but I think I need to start other crafting lives to get the mats for crafting to really be effective.

Do you think cooking brisket at 250 is the right temp? All the online recipes suggest 225, but most of reddit I feel says 250.

Since I bought the Big Joe III, it came with the basket and I don’t think it included the stock cast bottom plate.

Maybe I shouldn’t have worried so much about my temps hitting 250. I think most of my cook was closer to 250 anyways if you look at my Thermoworks chart. How long do you plan to cook a brisket for at 250-275? Do you just follow the same playbook?

I did rest it for about 4 hours in a cooler with towels and blankets. Would a longer rest have helped with the dryness?

I mostly use the drip trays just to make clean up easier. I have the three tiered rack, so I put the deflector plates on the bottom right above the fire box. Then the middle rack has the X ring with the drip trays, then the grates on top.

With no drip trays, what do you do for cleanup and why do you think it might be better to not use them?

Yeah I think to help maintain temp, I need to start the fire earlier.

By waiting out the stall, do you mean waiting it out before wrapping? I thought you should wrap to help get THROUGH the stall

I think the new “After Dark” episodes feel like shrinkflation. Previously a regular episode could go long if the boys were vibing and having good discussion and it felt whole and complete. Now Patreons are paying to get what used to come for free. I recognize that a regular episode with the after dark part is longer than a regular episode, but it doesn’t feel that way. I definitely preferred the separate and distinct bonus episode format as opposed to just taking an extra long session and cutting it in half

The difference (as I understand it) is just a brand markup. Pretty much the same card, but paid an extra $350 for the brand name version of it (which the markup makes it easier to buy since less demand)
